Returns

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

To start a return, email us at remm0ura1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging; we'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exceptions

We don't accept returns of used products, items damaged by misuse, or items without their original packaging, unless there's a manufacturing defect.
